Information We Collect
When you submit an idea, we collect your full name, email address, your selected role, your idea title, and either a written description or an audio recording. We do not collect more information than is necessary to run the challenge.
How We Use Your Information
We use your name and email to contact you about your submission and, if you opt in, to share future ElevateYou products, events, and innovation opportunities. We use your idea content to review and potentially develop it into a product.
Audio Submissions
Audio pitches are stored securely and kept private. Only authorized ElevateYou team members can access them. We will never autoplay your audio or share it publicly without your consent.
Public Recognition
If your idea is selected, we may recognize you in the ElevateYou Hall of Innovators (including your name and a photo) only with your written consent. We do not publish personal information without consent.
Data Retention
We retain submissions for the duration of the challenge and as needed to operate any resulting product. You may request deletion of your submission at any time by contacting elevateyou.tech@gmail.com.
